Affirmation:
Affirmation is a short positive present tense statement about yourself, your life and the world that are meant to create positive change in your life. To gain the truly rewards a regular focused practice of saying affirmation so that their power will become internalized and your negative thought processes will take a turn for the positive. Affirmation means something declared to be true a positive statement or judgment.
in this way, if you think good or bad about youself it becomes an affirmation. By saying it you claim that it is the truth. The power in affirmation is that the statement we make about ourselves and the world tend to become true
Practice Affirmation:
Affirmation is a short sentence that expresses a positive truth about yourself. Saying affirmation to ourselves throughout the day either out loud or in your mind. The positive thoughts into your internal and external voice, eventually your unconscious mind will start repeating those thoughts without any effort. when you make a mistake your mind will automatically say " I accept and forgive myself."

Affirmation are often associated with the New Age spiritual, and self -help movements but the concept of making a positive statement to transform the world has root in other belief systems. While prayers may focus more on addressing a higher power. Affirmation focus more on the self while prayer, focus on more power. Affirmation are also similar to meditation practices Both affirmation and meditation certainly share the same intended outcome of achieving a more positive mental state. Prayer can take many forms, but many are positive statements of faith. these kinds of prayers are similar to affirmations.
