Create your own goals




Create your own Goals and make your affirmation short and positive but the third important aspect of your affirmation is that they have to be written in the present tense. Each of your affirmations should contain a "Verb" Remember that a "Verb" is a word that expresses action or state of being. Many affirmations use a form of the verb "to be" such as "am," "is," and "are." We use different forms of the same verb to express different tenses. or different positions in time. Affirmations should always be written in the present tense to indicate that they are happening in the present.

  • My body is healthy strong and powerful.
  • I am open to receiving the gifts of the world.
  • I am a good person.

Many of us make plans to make positive change in our lives but never succeed at achieving that change.
 That because many of us think about those changes as happening inthe future, instade of thinking of them happening in the present. Instead of thinking "I will eat beter" just think "I eat well"

For a change to happen in our lives the first thing that has to change is our thinking. Keep your affirmation in the present tense and you'll be well on your way to making that positive change a reality.

Remember, all affirmation should be brief, positive and present tense. 

 there are two main types of goals that affirmation can help you achieve:
  • Long term goals
  • Short term goals
you may have a clear sense of what those goals are.




Make your description as specific as possible and focus on the big picture aspects and the little picture details. Maybe you want to buy a house or find a new job but may be you alsowant to plant a garden, adopt a dog and reconnect with an old friend. your description should also include details about what kind of person you will be and how you will feel. Imagine yourself as happy and at peace and that an important port of your vision. think about what you want your life to look like five years from now and then tenyears from now. Think about what you want to have achieved and what kind of person you want to be. make you description vivid and specific as possible. Think of yourself as a character in novel or a movie and describe that characters life Dream big, but also be realistic.Once you have written these description break them down into concreate, specific goals.

Long term goals like this don't happen overnight and most of them are things I couldn't procrastinate on if wanted to make sure that they happened in the next year. So I need to break those goals down to smaller activities I can do every day like these:
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables
  • call my mom once a week
  • Start taking guitar lessons and carve out time to practice
  • Save money and stockpile sick days from work
These are little things I can do every day and Ican craft affirmations that will support me on my way. the affiramtion I will create to achieve those goals are:
  1. I honor my body and health by choosing healthy food.
  2. I am a caring and thoughtful daughter.
  3. I am talented and my talents are worth pursuing.
  4. I attract wealth and I will see the world
make a daily routine to repeat those affirmation to myselft, more positive thought process but I will also remind myself of my goals and intentions Keeping these goals at the forefront of mind will help me make the right choices to come those dreams a reality.
