If a person is relaxed on the inside then happiness develops on its own.
3 steps to happiness
  •  Positive Thinking
         Think about your problem and find an inner and outer solution. Find a positive thought that you can use to overcome negative thought. First, you need to find what are your negative feeling such as rage, fear, grief, addiction or longing? and what negative thought is connected to That? what positive thought help you?
Positive thought comes from wisdom, love, letting go, acceptance,  joy, and strength (self-discipline). Develop a positive resolution and think out loud. Repeat it again and again. Stop your negative thought this way " my way of wisdom is... my way of love is.... my false wishes is ... my way of love is..... I accept what can I do good today? If a negative thought surfaces which destroy your happiness, call out "stop!". observe your thoughts. Be aware of your thinking and your behavior. the constant observation will reduce negative thoughtall on its own. Meditate, work out for a walk if negative thought start to bother you. be calm talk to positive people live positively. Plan your life positively. then you will come to a state of calm and be happy.

  •  Process  your Feeling
Feel your emotions Understand your emotions. Recognize the source of your thoughts. Don't suppress your feeling. Be sad when you feel sad. Be angry without hurting others. Go for a walk Meditate on your rage.
Learn to peacefully deal with the aggression of other people. Don't identify with it. forgive others. Find positive thoughts. See your fears for what they are feel the center of your fear. then you can find a way to overcome it.

  •  Physical Exercises
Dissolve your inner tension and conflict with exercise Yoga , walking, jogging.
meditate regularly Practice a clam and relaxed lifestyle. Avoid stress to the extent that it is possible. 
Concentrate on making other people happy and forget your own worries
