Positive thinking and daily meditation are the two main basic techniques of enlightenment. The negative things or thoughts are ultimately based on something attachment to external pleasures, to other people, to his ego, anger, rejection if he is a suffering situation, pain. the most goal to achieve in our life is to accept suffering in our life and let go of our worldly desires and let the tension in our minds find a solution for resolve. The 10 ways to stay positive by Yoga

- Arm-leg raising now stay calm lie down on your stomach. slowly raise your left arm and right leg for 50 seconds in the air now bring back both your leg and arm on the ground. and now lift your right arm and left leg. do this many time now think " I take things the way they are."
- Upper body raising : first of all Lie in the prone position meaning your head chest and your whole body touching the ground. Now lift your upper body in the air and back down on the floor do this several times while breathing think," I let go of my false desires"
- Pelvic rotation: In the prone position turn your pelvis to the right and the to the left. Your head must lie on your hands think, "I am sad because......."
- Feet: get your feet moving in the prone position. The head lies relaxed on your hands. Think, "I forgive all my enemy."
- Cycling: Turn on your back, Life your head and move your arms and legs. like a cycle. now think "my positive thought today is........"
- Candle: Lie down Stretch your legs to the sky. support your hand on the back. Visualize the sky, move your feet do this for 1 minute think " hopeful and confident about the future or the success of something."
- Meditation: now the last step Roll from the candle into your meditation seat. Put your hands in your lap.straighten your back and the stomach is relaxed. Move one hand and wrap them and now think " I send light to ...May all people be happy May the world be happy."
