Five principles of Health
- A Healthy diet is consists of fruit , vegetables, cereals, milk potatoes, pules, Eating Raw food, Fruit and vegetables. Gives more energy to think. The study has shown that eating raw food builds up a healthy body. it allows your muscle tissue to grow raw food gives lots of vitamins and minerals that protect him from the disease.
- This is the main thing to Avoid drugs, smoking, and alcohol. That causes many diseases and usually shortens your life. don't eat too much sweet sugar, fat. don't eat lots of salt and meat. don't eat too many calories. keep a balanced diet according to what you eat. you live longer if you eat less (but not too less). eat what is good for the body. Live wisely and stay healthy.
- To be Healty there is two part that is 50 % of the health depends on your exercise and 50 % depends on Brain exercise (mental health). The physical exercise is Sports, Going walking early morning, Jogging, Cycling, Swimming once or twice a day for about one and half hour. Now the mental exercise is by doing breathing inhaling and exhaling eg... Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Hatha. it creates the Hatha mode in your brain (haá¹ha literally means "force" and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques). just do yoga for half an hour a day this both method of exercise will keep you body strong and healthy. It is important that the body is well warmed through sweating. it kills disease germs.
- The body needs Relaxation in sufficient. Stress and depression should be put away by adequate recovery periods. such as Yoga or Meditation. for the inner happiness, it is important to live in the right proportion of personal activity work and rest relaxation.
- Most Important part Think positive and Avoid negative thoughts. Keep your mind through conscious control predominantly Positive Thoughts lead to positive feeling and positive emotions have a positive effect on your body Motivate yourself with positive phrases and ideas. Read positive books and have a positive task, make it as a hobby.
